Juha Ruokangas – Aging of Thermo Wood guitars

In the Luthier Chronicle #4, the Finish luthier Juha Ruokangas explained how and why he uses thermo treated wood in his instrument. As this process is suppose to at least partially replicate the aging process on the wood I asked Juha what was to expect from the guitar built with this wood: will they keep on aging normally? Are they even better than the one done with regular woods?
